1. Eligibility:

The Agape Gardens Thermal Experience Giveaway Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Agape Gardens and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. Entry Period:

The Contest begins on January 20th, 2024, at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends on March 1st, 2024, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

3. How to Enter:

Participants can enter the Contest by submitting an online form available on the official Agape Gardens website.
Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. Prize:

The prize for the Contest is a Private 90 Minute Thermal Experience at Agape Gardens for the winner and a guest. Plus One Facial Treatment Prvided By a Third Party Provider.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
Any additional expenses incurred during the Thermal Experience, such as travel and accommodation, are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection:

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The draw will take place on March 1st 2024 , and the winner will be notified via [email/phone/social media] within 5 days of the draw.

6. Claiming the Prize:

The selected winner must respond to the notification within 5 days of receiving it.
If the selected winner does not respond within the specified time or is ineligible, another winner will be randomly selected.

7. Publicity Release:

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Agape Gardens to use their name, likeness, and submission for promotional purposes without further compensation.

8. General Conditions:

Agape Gardens reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these official rules.
