Frequently Asked Questions

What does Agape Mean?

Agape is a Greek word that refers to unconditional, selfless love—a love rooted in truth, care, and goodwill toward others. It goes beyond other forms of love such as eros (romantic love) and philos (brotherly love), transcending them into something universal.

Agape is universal love—love for Truth, Freedom, and Justice.

Agape Gardens is a nature-based retreat space designed for camping, glamping, rest, and mindful living—away from modern noise and distraction. Guests can stay in cabins, stargazer bell tents, or bring their own setup, including tents, RVs, camper vans, and custom rigs, for a simple off-grid experience.

We also host events such as retreats, workshops, and seasonal markets, creating opportunities for connection and learning. The land is cared for using permaculture principles and inspired by Japanese landscape design, offering a calm, intentional environment rooted in nature.

The sky is the limit. Whether you’re a lone wolf seeking quiet time to reflect, a black sheep looking to connect with like-minded people, or someone in need of deep rest and care, you’ll find space for what you need here.

Agape Gardens welcomes open conversations, meaningful connection, and honest exploration—whatever that looks like for you.

All of our accommodations are off-grid, including our cabin House of Capricorn, which is solar-powered. At the main reception house, we have full grid access with hot water, septic, and essential comforts.

While we encourage the off-grid experience, you’re welcome to use designated areas to plug in your tech, rest, or take a warm shower.

We also offer free WiFi—if you’re not quite ready to disconnect from the Matrix.

Our retreats are for individuals who are ready to become their own authorities and take an honest look at themselves and their lives.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, direction, or a deeper understanding of how you and reality operates, this space is designed for those willing to do real inner work.

They are not for passive participation, but for those open, curious, and committed to growth, responsibility, and spiritual evolution.

You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred Nature Stay or Retreat Experience and available dates.

Our logo centers around a tree of life—symbolizing growth, foundational principles, and the interconnected nature of all things. The branches and roots mirror each other, reflecting balance between what is seen and unseen, inner and outer, above and below.

Encircling the design are the words Truth, Love, Freedom—the core principles that guide everything we do. At the heart of it all is Agape: a universal love that transcends eros (romantic love) and philos (brotherly love), rooted instead in Truth, Freedom, and Justice.

The green color represents Nature, balance, and Care. In the Indic tradition, it is associated with the heart chakra—symbolizing openness, connection, and compassion.

Together, the symbol represents a path of alignment—living in harmony with Natural Law, Objective Reality, cultivating higher levels of awareness, and returning to what is real and True.

We offer a balance between off-grid living and essential comforts. Guests have access to shared amenities including a full bathroom with hot water, outdoor kitchen and common areas, and designated spaces to rest and recharge.

You can also enjoy our wood-fired sauna, cold plunges, and hot tub, along with optional experiences such as sauna rituals, massage therapy, holistic coaching, and plasma energy sessions inspired by Nikola Tesla’s work. We also offer professional photos, homemade organic meals, and more.

Whether you’re here to unplug or ease into the experience, the space is set up to support both.

We recommend bringing essentials for a comfortable, nature-based experience: weather-appropriate clothing, proper footwear, a flashlight or headlamp, pe, and anything you need to feel at ease.

If you’re staying off-grid or bringing your own setup, consider items like extra water, cooking gear, and power sources if needed. We encourage simplicity—bring what you need, and leave space to fully experience the land.

Yes. Whether it’s your first time camping or you’re experienced, Agape Gardens is designed to meet you where you’re at.

We offer a range of options—from more comfortable stays like cabins and bell tents to fully off-grid setups.

If you’re new, we’re here to guide you and help you feel at ease. If you’re experienced, you’ll have the freedom to settle into the land and enjoy it your way.

Pets are allowed depending on the setup, but must be well-behaved and under control at all times. We ask that you respect the land, other guests, and our animals on-site.
